You’ll need to upload a copy of your receipt (showing purchase date and model number), the product’s serial number and your full address. Claims must be submitted by midnight on 30th July 2025. If you try to claim too early, you’ll need to return after 28 days to complete your claim.

Step 3. Receive your free gifts - Hoover will review your claim within 10 working days. Once approved, you’ll receive your voucher code by email within 28 days of approval.
