How to claim:

Step 1: Make a Purchase - Buy up to 5 qualifying Neff appliances between 24th September 2025 and 4th November 2025.

Step 2: Submit Your Claim - Register your appliances and submit your cashback claim here and follow the on-screen instructions. Claims are valid for purchases made between 24th September 2025 and 4th November 2025 and for which the Promoter has received a completed and valid claim 30 days after purchase and by 16th December 2025. Consumers (“the Claimant”) can register their claim when the product is purchased, however this claim will not be validated before 30 days after purchase date.

Step 3: Get Rewarded - approved, Claimants should allow up to 3 weeks for delivery of the cheque and 28 days for bank transfer from the date of the Promoter’s confirmation of claim approval.

Terms & Conditions:

• The NEFF Multibuy Cashback Promotion is the offer by the Promoter of up to £550 Cashback (the “Gift”) to purchasers of NEFF appliances excluding Wine coolers, and the Dishwashers: S187C800E and S197YCX05G.

• £400 cashback will be offered with a purchase of 4 qualifying NEFF built-in kitchen appliances.

• £550 cashback will be offered with a purchase of 5 qualifying NEFF built-in kitchen appliances.

• The appliances must be purchased together from the same Retailer (participating retailers only).

• No other offers can be claimed in conjunction with this NEFF Cashback Promotion.

• Gift values are not transferable.

• Purchases of graded, seconds, replacements and imperfect products and all appliances purchased on a trade or contract basis i.e. non consumer purchases are excluded from the Promotion.

• The promotion is open to residents aged 18 years and over of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland only.
