This Hamoki 3 burner countertop gas chargrill gives steakhouses, cafes and restaurants a 900 x 460mm cast iron grill area for meat, seafood and vegetables. Each of the three U-shaped burners has its own control, so you can run hotter and cooler zones or turn burners off when trade is quiet.
Installation and Connection
Must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer. The chargrill is supplied for Natural Gas with 2.2mm jets, and an LPG conversion kit with 1.3mm jets is included. An installation certificate is required for the warranty to be valid. The unit measures H39 x W91 x D64cm and weighs 74kg, so the counter or stand must take that load.
Day-to-Day Use and Cleaning
Heat is adjustable up to 300°C. Manual ignition lights a standby pilot, and zinc alloy chrome-coated knobs set each zone. The heavy cast iron grates are height-adjustable and reversible. Fat runs through a grease channel into a large bottom-mounted oil collector, and the stainless steel front wipes down after service.
