This Hamoki countertop natural gas chargrill has a 1200mm x 460mm cooking area and four independently controlled burners. It suits burger bars, grills and steakhouses that want to sear steaks and finish seafood at the same time on one surface.
Installation and Connection
Must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer. The chargrill is supplied for Natural Gas, with LPG conversion jets included. Jet sizes are 2.2mm for Natural Gas and 1.3mm for LPG. An installation certificate from a qualified commercial gas engineer is required for any warranty claim. It stands H39 x D64cm and weighs 98kg, so it needs a sturdy commercial worktop.
Day-to-Day Use and Cleaning
Four U-shaped steel burners each have their own zinc alloy control knob, and the cooking grates are adjustable to change heat intensity, up to 300°C. Heavy-duty cast iron grates hold heat for searing. Ignition is manual. A large removable oil collector at the bottom traps grease and debris during service, and the stainless steel front wipes clean.

Hi,The Hamoki ECB-48SX 4-burner gas countertop charbroiler has a standard ¾″ NPT rear gas inlet, not a “2/3” size.Thanks!
