The Hamoki EGG-48SX is a four burner countertop natural gas griddle with a 1200mm x 482mm flat plate. It suits large restaurants, hotels and cafeterias cooking burgers, steaks and vegetables side by side. Four independent thermostats let you run four separate heat zones.
Installation and Connection
Must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer. The griddle is supplied for Natural Gas, and LPG conversion jets are included. It weighs 135kg and stands H39 x D64cm on adjustable legs for levelling on a counter, so check your worktop can take the load.
Day-to-Day Use and Cleaning
Each of the four U-shaped burners has its own thermostat, adjustable from 93°C to 204°C, so different products can cook at different temperatures. A standby pilot gives a quick start, and the controls are chrome-coated zinc alloy knobs. The stainless steel front, backsplash and front-access removable grease tray make the end-of-shift clean-down straightforward.
