Keep your commercial kitchen or mobile catering business running at peak capacity with the Hamoki GF90 Freestanding LPG Gas Fryer. Specifically configured for setups where mains gas is restricted or unavailable, such as food trucks, event catering trailers, and seasonal outdoor pop-up stalls, this high-performance single-tank fryer is a dependable choice for demanding environments. Equipped with an expansive 23-litre total tank capacity, the heavy-duty unit produces an impressive output of up to 72 lbs (approximately 32.7 kg) of perfectly crispy chips per hour. This enables fast-paced operations to serve high volumes of golden fries, battered fish, or crispy chicken without suffering long wait times or drops in food quality.
Under the hood, the GF90 delivers heavy-duty thermal efficiency powered by three vertical cast iron burners that output a combined 90,000 BTU/hr (26.4 kW). The interior is carefully engineered using a multi-tube design fitted with specialised internal baffles, which maximises heat transfer directly to the oil and guarantees prompt temperature recovery between consecutive batches. Precision management is sustained by a premium Robertshaw control system, which allows operators to smoothly modulate cooking temperatures from 93°C to 204°C (200°F to 400°F). For reliable daily operation, a continuous pilot light ensures effortless ignition, while a rear 1/2" NPT gas connection ensures a secure, industry-compliant link to your liquid petroleum gas supply.
In addition to sheer power, this freestanding gas fryer is designed to reduce overhead costs and simplify daily kitchen sanitation. A deep integrated cold zone sits at the base of the stainless steel vat to isolate fallen food particles away from the primary heating tubes; this minimises scorching, extends the lifespan of expensive frying oil, and safeguards the natural flavour profiles of your menu items. When service concludes, the extra-wide 1 1/4" manual latch-lock ball valve allows for swift, spill-free oil filtration and drainage. Measuring a compact yet capable 394mm W x 767mm D x 1182mm H, the fryer aligns perfectly with standard commercial cooklines. It comes complete with two durable chrome-plated fry baskets with heat-resistant plastic handles, 6-inch adjustable stainless steel legs for precise levelling, and a built-in 232°C (450°F) high-limit safety cut-out, all backed by a 1-year manufacturer’s parts warranty.

Question from Tom: Asked on 26/02/2026 Hi
Can this product be connected to a bottle of propane gas?
Thanks
Hi, The Hamoki GF90 LPG fryer is supplied and set up to run on LPG, which means it can be connected to a propane gas bottle. You must use a proper LPG regulator and hose suited for propane, and the connection must be fitted by a qualified gas engineer for safety and compliance. Do not connect the fryer directly to a propane bottle without the correct regulator and hose.
Thank you.
