With a total 26-litre capacity split across two independent tanks, this unit delivers an impressive throughput of up to 72lbs of chips per hour. This unit is powered by four vertical burners delivering a massive 120,000 BTU/hr (35.2 kW), ensuring stability even during the most demanding service periods. Built for longevity, the fryer features a robust stainless steel frame and tank designed to withstand the rigours of a professional kitchen. This is a Natural Gas model requiring a 3/4" NPT rear gas connection and must be installed by a Gas Safe registered commercial engineer to validate the warranty and ensure safety compliance.
Day-to-day operation is streamlined by high-specification components, including Robert Shaw control valves for precise temperature management between 93°C and 204°C. The design prioritises maintenance through a latch-lock ball-type drain valve for safe oil removal and a deep cold zone that prevents food particles from burning.
