The Steelmore HKR-4S is a 4 burner natural gas range cooker with an oven underneath, built for cafes, restaurants and catering kitchens. Four open burners sit on 300 x 300mm cast iron pan supports, and the oven cavity measures W524 x D630 x H350mm.
Installation and Connection
Must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer, and it must be installed and commissioned by a Gas Safe engineer to validate the warranty. It is supplied for Natural Gas with a rear gas connection, and LPG conversion jets are included. The range is not suitable for mobile catering vehicles. It measures H105 x W62 x D86cm and weighs 132kg.
Day-to-Day Use and Cleaning
Dial controls run the burners and oven, and the oven has push-button piezo ignition. Italian gas valves with flame failure protection are fitted as standard. The bottom-hinged oven door drops down for access, and two adjustable shelves sit inside. Four heavy-duty castors, two with brakes, let you roll the range out to clean the floor behind it, and the stainless steel body wipes down.
