At 750mm wide it has a generous cooking surface for most uses.  The heavy duty mild steel cooking plate ensures durability and easy cleaning, making it an essential addition to any busy kitchen. 

The cooking plate itself is expertly polished for optimal heat distribution and retention - meaning even when cold meats are placed on the plate, temperature is quickly recovered, maximising the number of cooking cycles possible. And thanks to the front-mounted drain, any grease or fats are easily channeled away from the food into a handy removable fat collection drawer.

Powered by 2 x 3kW elements (x 2 UK plugs) this ensures the maximum potential for each half of the griddle, allowing you precise adjustable temperature control to achieve perfect results every time. The griddle’s powerful heating element ensures even heat distribution across the entire surface, eliminating hot spots and guaranteeing consistent cooking while the adjustable thermostat offers a temperature range suitable for a wide array of cooking techniques.
