Question from Gilly: Asked on 11/11/2025 Is suitable for my home kitchen
Hi, Thank you for your interest in the Hamoki TP-16L Commercial Pressure Fryer. This fryer can be used in a home kitchen, as it is fully compatible with standard electrical supply.
Please note that this is a commercial-grade fryer designed for high-volume use. It has a 15?litre tank (about 10?L of oil) and can fry up to 12 pieces of chicken per batch, so it is quite large and heavy, requiring sufficient countertop space, ventilation, and careful handling.
Because of its size, oil capacity, and heat output, it may be more than is needed for occasional or small household use, and will require regular cleaning and careful operation.
If you regularly cook large quantities of fried food, this fryer is an excellent choice.
Thank you.
Question from Troy: Asked on 31/10/2025 Would this unit be suitable as a portable unit for markets and festivals?
Hi Troy,The Hamoki 341001 fryer could be used as a portable unit for markets and festivals, but it’s not a simple “plug-and-play” solution. While its size, 3?kW electric power, and countertop design make it manageable for transport and use, you’ll need to ensure the event’s power supply can handle the load, provide a stable and level surface, manage hot oil safely, allow adequate ventilation, and comply with all fire, safety, and health regulations. With proper planning and precautions, it can work, but it’s not inherently designed specifically for mobile outdoor use. Thanks!
