When you're in a rush this programme heats the oven up extra quickly, achieving temperatures of 180 degrees in as little as four minutes. Furthermore you can enjoy complete accuracy too as this oven maintains the temperature you've set to within 1 degree so each dish is cooked to perfection.
Touch control with TFT Screen
A fully responsive touch control fascia with quick access operating modes positioned across the top, a single-line TFT text display in the middle and the sensor key bank along the bottom. The new innovative scrolling area allows for easy control of parameters such as temperature adjustment, or use the Miele@Mobile app to control the appliance remotely. Intuitive and smart.

For perfectly risen breads and succulent roasts, Miele's intelligent fresh-fill steam injection system allows the user ultimate control on when to inject moisture at the touch of a button. The oven has a water intake spout system equipped with a flow-meter, which allows it to precisely measure the quantity of water needed to produce the required number of steam bursts.

This model comes complete with 2 baking trays, 1 wire rack and 1 set of flexiclip runners as standard - perfect for the Sunday roast. The telescopic flexiclip runners hold baking trays in position and extend fully out of the cavity for better access which is great for turning, basting and checking meats and dishes.
Catalytic self-cleaning function
This Miele oven comes with Catalytic liners which burn off food residue during normal cooking processes. Furthermore, Miele baking trays are coated in a patented PerfectClean non-stick coating so you can simply wash away food residue after use avoiding arduous scrubbing.

Catalytic Cleaning
Catalytic lining absorbs grease and when the oven is heated to 200ºC deposits are softened and can then simply be wiped away.
