This 1850W commercial microwave suits cafes, pubs and restaurants reheating and batch cooking through busy service. The 26 litre cavity has a flat ceramic base instead of a turntable, so it takes non-metallic 2/3 GN containers and has no moving parts in the floor.
Installation and Connection
It is supplied with a fitted 13A UK plug for a 220-240V ~ 50Hz supply and runs from a standard socket with no hardwiring. The freestanding unit measures H37 x W47 x D56cm, weighs 32kg and is stackable, so two can share one footprint.
Day-to-Day Use and Cleaning
Dual magnetrons spread the heat evenly. There are 50 programmable memory settings, 5 power levels, a +20 second function and a quick repeat button, so staff get the same result each time. The interior and exterior are stainless steel, the roof liner is removable and a reminder tells staff when to clean the filter. An interior light lets staff check food without opening the door.
