Can this be hard plumbed in to vent outside or does it vent to kitchen.
Hi, The Burco AFF7WM water boiler has its safety (steam/overflow) vent located at the base of the unit. This vent is designed to release steam or hot water if pressure builds up, and by default it vents into the surrounding area. For safety and to avoid any damage or burns, it’s recommended that this vent be connected to a drain or piped to a safe discharge point, which can be outside if preferred. It is not a combustion flue, so there are no fumes — the vent only handles steam or overflow. The vent must never be blocked or restricted.
