The TUYA Wi-Fi App - To control the fire using your phone, first you’ll need a stable Wi-Fi connection then you need to download the Tuya app; this controls the Wi-Fi and smart element. It can be downloaded via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You can even control via your voice-controlled smart speaker (e.g. Alexa, Google) to turn it on and off, ensuring that this is enabled first. Please note the fire is not voice activated unless connected to a smart speaker.

Fire needs to go on a wall and is it blow air heat
Hi, This is a fully electric fire and does not require a chimney or external vent. It includes a fan heater that blows warm air into the room when heating is selected. The unit has built-in vents which must not be covered, but no additional ventilation is required when installed correctly.

Hi, The AmberGlo 60-inch Slimline Inset Electric Media Wall Fireplace (Model AGL081) has a maximum power output of 1800 watts when the heating function is operating at full capacity. When used with the flame effect only (no heat), the power consumption is significantly lower.

Are the legs detachable? Can it be wall mounted without the legs?
Hi, The 60″ Black Slimline Inset Electric Media Wall Smart Fire Place (AGL081) includes detachable support legs that are only used for freestanding installation. When installing the unit on the wall or inset into a media wall, the legs are not used and do not need to be attached.

Hi, The AmberGlo 60″ Slimline Inset Electric Fireplace (AGL081) is quiet when used in flame-only mode, as the fan heater does not operate. Any noise comes only from the fan when the heater is on.
To reduce noise:
Use flame-only mode if you don’t need heat.
Lower the heat setting if possible.
Keep vents clean and unobstructed.
Do not block vents or attempt to modify the fan, as this can damage the unit or create a safety risk.

Hi Philip, this model does not include a crackling-fire sound feature, so you cannot set it to make crackling noises. It only offers visual flame and fuel-bed effects. Thank you.
