The TUYA Wi-Fi App - To control the fire using your phone, first you’ll need a stable Wi-Fi connection then you need to download the Tuya app; this controls the Wi-Fi and smart element. It can be downloaded via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You can even control via your voice-controlled smart speaker (e.g. Alexa, Google) to turn it on and off, ensuring that this is enabled first. Please note the fire is not voice activated unless connected to a smart speaker.

Hi, The AmberGlo AGL084 60″ electric fire is designed as a freestanding unit only and cannot be safely wall-mounted.

Hi, The AmberGlo AGL084 electric fire blows warm air through vents at the top and front. It can safely go under a wall-mounted TV as long as the vents aren’t blocked and there’s at least 20–30?cm of space above the fire so the heat doesn’t affect the TV.

Hi Porscha, this fireplace suite is not designed to be used as a TV stand. While it may physically support a lightweight TV, it generates heat that could damage electronics, and the top surface is not structurally intended for mounting or supporting a television. For safety and optimal performance, we recommend using a purpose-built TV stand or media wall designed to accommodate both a TV and a fireplace. Thank you.
