The Smeg ALFA43XUK is a countertop commercial convection oven for cafes, bakeries and restaurants running bake-off, roasting or reheating in a small space. It takes four 435mm x 320mm trays at 70mm spacing in a 62 Ltr gross (54.5 Ltr net) cavity, and is made in Italy.
Installation and Connection
The oven is fitted with a 13A plug and runs from a standard UK socket with no specialist electrical work. It draws 2.75kW through a rear convection system. It is 602mm wide.
Day-to-Day Use and Cleaning
Dial controls set the temperature up to 250°C, and the timer runs from 0 to 60 minutes or can be set for continuous operation. A reversible fan motor moves heat evenly across all four levels. The enamel interior wipes clean, and the double-glazed door clips open so the glass can be removed for cleaning. Four baking trays are supplied.
