Hi Andy,To unlock the AT60IDI 60?cm 4-Zone Induction Hob, first turn the hob on, then press and hold the padlock (lock) symbol on the touch controls for about 4–5 seconds until the lock icon disappears or you hear a beep. Once the icon is gone, the hob is unlocked and you can select a cooking zone and adjust the power. If it doesn’t unlock, try turning the hob off at the mains for 30 seconds, then repeat the procedure.Thanks!
