Question from Alison: Asked on 06/06/2022 Can I put pizza stone directly on the bbq

Answer from SamCarter: Answered on 06/06/2022

Hi Alison,

Thanks for getting in touch

You should place this directly onto the BBQ - It's resistant to high temperatures. Pre-heat the BBQ with the pizza stone inside and close the BBQ lid for the best results, you should keep it around 220c.

Hope this helps,
Sam
