Question from John: Asked on 12/05/2026 The details for tge bath spout and shower seem to be backwards. It's hard to believe the shower delivers more water than the spout. Can you look into the detail please.
Hi, Thanks for your message — I’ve checked the manuals and can confirm the flow rates are correct and not reversed. The shower handset is designed to deliver a higher performance spray through the handset jets, while the bath spout includes an internal aerator/flow restrictor to control fill rate and reduce splashing. Because of this design difference, it is normal for the shower to have a higher maximum flow rate than the bath spout, and the specification is accurate as listed.
