Hi, To fit the coffee holder, make sure the filter basket is in place and the coffee is evenly tamped. Line up the tabs on the holder with the matching slots on the machine, push it straight in, and turn it clockwise until it clicks and locks. If it feels tight, check that the coffee isn’t overfilled and there are no grounds blocking the edge.

Hi,The Beko CEP5302B CaffeExperto coffee machine can brew an Americano by first extracting one or two shots of espresso, and then adding hot water to dilute it to your desired strength, easily filling a standard mug.Thanks!
