- We cover repair or replacement costs for a fixed period of 2 years from your purchase.
- We'll replace if we can't repair. Replacements will be delivered free of charge.
- All costs includes parts, labour, call out and delivery charges, so you can rest assured there are no hidden costs. For smaller units we may ask you to return it to our UK repair centre.
- Free unlimited phone support with a UK dedicated claims line. We have a dedicated claims line and are here to help.

- Call as often as you like, we have no limit on the number of repairs you can have.
You will be emailed your policy schedule within 30 days of taking delivery of your dehumidifier.
NB: Our Extended Warranties are only valid within the UK & Ireland and can only be purchased with your product. Accidental damages are not covered with this warranty.
