Ice Maker and Crusher Steel

Ideal for parties, BBQs or even a morning iced coffee

You can't have a party without any ice for the drinks, and that's where this electriQ ice maker comes in. It's so simple to use; all you need to do is fill it with water and turn it on. Not only is it quicker at producing ice than the freezer, but it also offers different styles from crushed to large, bullet pieces. And if it's a refreshing glass of water you're after – never fear, this ice maker has got you covered.

Ice Maker and Crusher Steel

Choose from crushed ice or small or large ice cubes

Great looking, this kitchen gadget also lets you know if the basket is full of ice or if the water is running low. A threaded connection on the back allows you to connect it to a mains water supply, however as this ice maker is not intended for constant use at home, there is no hose included.

This electriQ countertop machine brings premium ice-making and crushing capabilities to your home. With rapid cycle times, it’s perfect for parties, BBQs, or daily chilled drinks. You get the flexibility of producing either crushed or bullet ice, plus the convenience of automatic fill alerts and bin shut-off to prevent overflow.
The internal reservoir holds 1.8 L of water and the ice bin stores up to 600 g. When hooked to a threaded water inlet, it can run semi-automatically; otherwise, manual refilling is straightforward. While it’s durable, users should note regular cleaning helps maintain performance. The stylish steel + black finish ensures it looks at home in modern kitchens.

Question from Matt: Asked on 06/02/2026 Hi, where's the sensor for the water auto fill ?
Thanks matt

Answer from JoseBacud: Answered on 06/02/2026

Hi Matt,The water level sensor for the ElectriQ Countertop Ice Maker (model eiqicecm) is located inside the machine, built into the water reservoir just below the ice basket. It is an electronic sensor that detects when the water is too low and automatically stops ice production while triggering the “ADD WATER” indicator. Unlike traditional float switches, this sensor is not visible or removable and is integrated into the reservoir, so the water must be filled to the designated level for the machine to operate properly. Thanks!

Question from Eleina: Asked on 09/01/2026 How long it takes to make an ice cubes?

Answer from JoseBacud: Answered on 15/01/2026

Hi Eleina,The electriQ Countertop Ice Maker produces a batch of ice cubes in about 10 to 12 minutes, making it much faster than using a traditional freezer. Thanks!

Question from A: Asked on 06/01/2026 Why does it not stay frozen ?
Does it supply chilled water all the time?
How do you get it to freeze again?

Answer from JoseBacud: Answered on 14/01/2026

Hi,The electriQ countertop ice maker (model eiqicecm) doesn’t keep ice frozen because it’s designed to make ice quickly, not store it. The ice bin isn’t insulated like a freezer, so any ice left there will gradually melt at room temperature. It also doesn’t keep the water chilled continuously; the water tank is just for making ice. To make more ice, you simply refill the water, close the lid, and start a new cycle—the machine will freeze the water into ice again, but the ice will only stay solid for a short time unless transferred to a proper freezer. Thanks!

Question from Mark S.: Asked on 26/08/2022 Hi,

This is a really stupid question but as long as the machine is plugged in won't it store cubes and dispense chilled water?

Thank you.

Question from Peter: Asked on 19/05/2022 How do I connect to the mains and do you sell the accessories to do this ??

Answer from Rebecca: Answered on 26/05/2022

Hi Peter,

Thanks for getting in touch.

You can connect to the water supply via a 6mm pipe with a 4mm inlet, but this is not included and unfortunately, we do not sell one currently. You can instead fill it with water.

Hope this helps.

Thanks,

Rebecca
