Question from Cda ice dispenser Parrohit: Asked on 28/07/2025 Where is the water tank as we cannot get it to work??

Answer from JimsonGuzman: Answered on 29/07/2025

Hi, This model features an integrated 2.5L water tank, which is located inside the unit, just beneath the ice drawer. The tank is not visible from the front and cannot be accessed through the dispenser area.

To fill the water tank:

  1. Pull the machine out from its housing using the handle at the front.

  2. Open the water tank lid, which is situated inside the unit.

  3. Fill the tank with cold drinking water, leaving about 4cm from the top.

  4. Close the lid and slide the unit fully back into place.

Once filled and powered on, the unit will run a short drain cycle. During this time, the display may show "ICE OFF WATER EMPTY". When the system is ready, it will display "ICE ON WATER READY".

If the display shows "WATER MISSING", it usually means the tank is either empty or not properly seated. Please ensure it is correctly positioned after refilling.

Thanks!
