The Indesit H161IX is a 60cm wide conventional hood in stainless steel.
This model has 3 speeds that can be selected by slider controls and it has a synthetic grease filter that can be washed. There are two 40 Watt light bulbs to illuminate your hob. The motor gives you a good extraction rate of 250 cubic metres per hour, which is ideal for kitchens up to 31 cubic metres, and a low noise level at 49 decibels.
As a conventional extractor the H161IX can be installed to re-circulate the air into the kitchen or to be ducted out. If you are choosing to re-circulate you’ll need a charcoal filter and if you’re ducting out you’ll need a ducting kit with a 125mm diameter.

Does this cooker hood fix to the units from the top or the side? The gap in my units is wider than 60mm so I need any hood to be affixed from above ...
