Our delivery team will always aim to bring your appliance to your room of choice. However, if the item needs to be carried upstairs, our team will assess whether it's safe to do so upon arrival. If it's deemed unsafe, we will offer a doorstep delivery instead.
For added convenience, you can opt for our "Room of Choice & Removal of Packaging" service. This includes delivery to your chosen room (including upper floors, where accessible and safe), unpacking the appliance, and removing all packaging materials. Please note that our team will conduct a dynamic risk assessment on the day to ensure safe access.
