Hi, The Beko HII64400MT 60?cm 4-zone induction hob does not have an adjustable height. The hob is designed to sit flush with the countertop, and the surface height cannot be changed after installation. Any changes to the height would require adjusting the countertop itself during installation. The only adjustments available on the hob are the power settings for the cooking zones.

Hi, If the child lock will not turn off, make sure the hob is switched off but still connected to power, then press and hold the lock button and the Stop & Go button together for at least 5–10 seconds until the “L” disappears or you hear a beep. If this does not work, switch the hob off at the wall or fuse box, wait 30 seconds, turn the power back on, and try again. Ensure the control panel is clean and completely dry, as moisture can prevent the buttons from responding.Thanks!
