Hi, the connection cable is supplied as part of the installation setup, with the controller signal cable/connector already fixed to the rear of the air conditioning unit. The supplied cable is approximately 2.5m long and connects the wired controller to compatible IQOOL-SMART12HP unit. I hope this helps

Hi, The wired wall controller does not require a separate power supply. It is powered directly by the compatible IQOOLSMART12HP / IQOOLSMART15HP air conditioning unit via the low-voltage communication cable. No additional PSU or mains connection is required.
