Hi, The Bosch Series?6 MBA578BS7B built-in double oven does not include a meat probe and does not offer steam cooking as part of its features. It does include multiple standard cooking functions, AutoPilot programs, 3D Hotair and pyrolytic self-cleaning, but neither steam injection nor a probe temperature sensor is built in.
