Featuring six powerful 15,000 BTU/hr stainless steel burners, the MCB48 achieves full cooking temperature in about six minutes and delivers impressive throughput of up to 367 burgers or 280 New York rib steaks per hour.
Its generous 1,168 × 533 mm cooking surface provides ample capacity without taking up excessive space. Built for mobility, the barbecue includes two large wheels and two lockable castors for effortless transport and stable placement during service.
The unit comes with a built-in propane tank holder for standard 20 lb tanks, along with a two-stage regulator and hose for LP models. Natural gas variants are also available. A pull-out water tray beneath the burners helps retain food moisture while simplifying grease and fat management.
A wide range of optional accessories is available to increase versatility, including rotisserie kits, griddles, roll domes, bun racks, wind guards, shelves, and protective covers.
