Constructed entirely from premium 304 stainless steel - including burners, grates, fasteners, and water pan - this unit is built for durability, easy cleaning, and reliable long-term performance.
Equipped with eight powerful 15,000 BTU/hr stainless steel burners, the MCB60 reaches full cooking temperature in approximately six minutes and delivers impressive throughput of up to 490 burgers or 375 New York rib steaks per hour.
Its generous 146 × 53.3 cm cooking surface provides exceptional capacity while maintaining a manageable footprint for commercial kitchens or outdoor events. The barbecue is easy to move, with two large wheels and two lockable castors providing stable placement during service.
The unit features a built-in propane tank holder for standard 20 lb tanks, complete with a two-stage regulator and hose for LP models. Natural gas variants are also available. A pull-out water tray beneath the burners helps retain food moisture and simplifies grease and fat management.
