Built entirely from premium 304 stainless steel, including the burners, grates, fasteners, and water pan, this unit ensures durability, easy cleaning, and reliable operation in challenging environments.
Ten powerful 15,000 BTU/hr stainless steel burners bring the grill to full cooking temperature in about six minutes, delivering exceptional throughput of up to 612 burgers or 465 New York rib steaks per hour.
The expansive 1778 × 533 mm cooking surface offers ample space for high-volume service while maintaining a practical footprint. The barbecue is easily mobile with two large wheels and two lockable castors that provide stability during use.
Equipped with a built-in propane tank holder for standard 20 lb tanks, the unit includes a two-stage regulator and hose for LP models. Natural gas options are also available. A pull-out water tray beneath the burners helps keep food moist and simplifies cleanup of grease and fat.
