Good Afternoon, thank you for your message.
I can confirm this would be dial control. This would also have a child lock which you will see on the top right hand side of the washing machine. It does state 'key lock' this will lock the control panel apart from the ON/OFF button. This means it is not possible to intervene or disable a wash, It is a great setting when there is young children around the house exploring buttons!
