Hi, The Russell Hobbs RH77EH413B hob has an external size of 77cm (W) x 52cm (D), but installation depends on the worktop cut-out rather than the overall dimensions; it requires a cut-out of approximately 75cm wide by 49.5cm deep, so as long as your existing cut-out meets or exceeds these measurements, the hob should fit without issue, and the fact it is 1cm narrower than your current 78cm hob does not affect compatibility.
