Question from Solange Bianchi: Asked on 15/04/2026 I received the new microwave today but I read on the information sheet for safe use that I can' t use the microwave for heat pads.? There is no mention regarding this in your product description. Please advise because I need to be able to use that feature. I am a bit confused regarding the guarantee which is 2 years on the website and 1 year on the leaflet you sent me with the microwave delivery.? Thanks

Regarding the warranty, although the leaflet refers to a 1-year guarantee, the product is sold with a 2-year warranty as stated on our listing and supported by valid proof of purchase.

Hi,The Russell Hobbs RHM2348S 23L Solo Microwave has a stainless steel interior, but its exterior is a silver-finished casing rather than real stainless steel.Thanks!
