Hi James,Yes, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6 listed on that page is a brand-new, SIM-free (unlocked) phone, not refurbished.It does support dual SIM, but not with two physical SIM cards. Instead, it uses one physical nano-SIM and one eSIM, allowing you to use two phone numbers on the same device.Thanks!
