The Bosch SMS2ITW08G Series 2 Dishwasher uses a heat exchanger system to dry dishes, which utilizes the residual heat from the wash cycle for drying. This is an energy-efficient method, and there’s no need to leave the door open for drying unless you prefer to speed up the process.
