This professional-grade unit processes up to 60 baskets per hour, equivalent to 1,080 plates or 2,160 glasses, ensuring rapid turnaround during the busiest service periods. The 500mm basket and generous 400mm usable loading height provide the versatility to accommodate a wide range of dinnerware and tall glassware. Operator convenience is enhanced by a counterbalanced door that can be locked in a halfway position to promote natural drying at the end of service.
Designed and manufactured in Italy, this unit is supplied for 30A single-phase hardwired connection as standard. For site-specific requirements, a qualified engineer can configure the multiphase electrics for 1ph 13A, 20A, 32A, or 3ph 12A supplies. Sanitisation is guaranteed by Smeg’s HTR (High Temperature Rinse) system, which maintains a constant 85°C rinse temperature. The unit is fully compliant with WRAS regulations, featuring a KIWA-approved internal break tank and integrated rinse booster pump to ensure consistent performance regardless of mains water pressure.
Efficiency is driven by seven selectable wash programmes and a soft-start system that gradually increases pump pressure to protect fragile items. The machine’s internal design features a moulded tank with rounded corners to prevent soil buildup and an automatic self-cleaning cycle to maintain hygiene standards.
