UNWRAPPING SERVICE
Let us take away the hastle of unpacking your item and recycling the packaging. We will take your product to a room of choice, then take away all of the cardboard, plastic wrap and bulky polystyrene, leaving you clutter-free, so you don't have to plan a trip to the tip. Rest assured all the packaging will be taken care of responsibly, we'll either reuse it or recycle it.
Our room of choice service as a minimum covers ground floor rooms but will also cover other floors when it is accessible and safe to do so. Our team will carry out a dynamic risk assessment upon arrival.
How do I get this service?
You'll have the option to add this service as you add your chosen product to your shopping basket.
Can all items be unpacked?
The service can only be applied to larger appliances such as washing machines, dishwashers, ovens, large air conditioning units, granite or ceramic sinks and large TV's over 59".
Don't worry, just click the 'add to basket' button to see if you're able to have the item you're viewing unpacked.
What happens on delivery day?
We will deliver your item to the room of your choice, unpack and unwrap, then take all the packaging away, leaving you clutter-free.
What happens if I've requested the installation service?
Then there's no need to request the unpacking service as our team will automatically unpack your item for installation.
Service summary:
- We will take the appliance or TV to a room of your choice within your home (where it is accessible and safe to do so)
- We will unpack your Appliance or TV, and remove all packaging, which will then be re-used or recycled
- Allows you to inspect the product whilst our drivers are still at your home
- Takes the hassle out of unpacking your item, saving you time and effort
- If you have asked us to install your appliance, you don't need to add this as it is included within the price of installation
- Items covered include dishwashers, washers, dryers, refrigeration, ovens, cookers, wine coolers, hobs, cooker hoods and TV's
Question from Sounita: Asked on 16/02/2023 Hi, I wanted to know about the delight. We have no lift and love on the second floor with 5 flight of stairs. Very wide and spacious stairs and inside there is no stairs to the kitchen. Can you confirm if you do deliver?

If there is no lift access to the property we wouldn't be able to delivery directly to your door I'm afraid.
