Question from Jemma: Asked on 26/01/2016 Out utility room is on the first floor of our house. Can I opt for installation plus removal of my old machine or can it only be included for ground floor installations? John Lewis have said it's fine for a different model of theirs but my first choice is the Zanussi above with installation included. Please advise on your policy. Thank you
