Question from Simon S: Asked on 15/08/2011 Following on from the question / answer -

You asked: On the Sony website it says this TV currently has a 5 year guarantee - is that just if you purchase direct from Sony, or is available wherever it is purchased ?

We said: If you buy this in our store it will come with 5 year warranty

Can you clarify "buy in store" - does this include ordering via the web and just collecting from store, or purely if we come in to order, pay and collect.

Answer from jeremy: Answered on 16/08/2011
The 5 year warranty is applicable if you buy in store, order on line & collect, or live within a 54 mile radius of our store. in whicha case you will be eligible for the warranty without having to come in
