What happens next
We'll acknowledge your complaint within 30 days of receiving it, and usually much sooner.
We'll investigate it without undue delay. Our Data Lead handles data protection complaints personally. We may contact you to confirm your identity or ask for more details.
We'll keep you updated if it's taking longer than expected.
We'll tell you the outcome in writing, including what we found and anything we've changed.
How to make a complaint
Email our Data Lead and include:
your full name and the email address you use with us
which of our websites it's about, and your order number if relevant
what happened and when, and which personal data it involves
We'll only use the details you give us to investigate and respond to your complaint, as explained in our privacy policy. They won't be used for marketing.
