The Hamoki GF120 NG Fryer is a powerhouse freestanding natural gas fryer designed for high-footfall commercial kitchens, including busy restaurants, pizzerias, and central production units. With a generous 25L single tank and a twin-basket configuration, this unit is built for maximum efficiency and operational speed. The four-burner tube design ensures uniform oil temperature and ultra-fast heat exchange, allowing chefs to deliver consistently crispy results while handling large-volume orders without significant temperature drops.
Engineered with "hard" commercial-grade specifications, the GF120 features a 3/4″ NPT rear gas connection and operates at a powerful 120,000 BTU/hr. The unit utilizes high-performance Robert Shaw valves to manage a wide temperature range from 93°C to 204°C. Constructed with a professional stainless steel tank and robust 6" adjustable heavy duty legs, it allows for easy levelling and integration into existing heavy duty cooklines. The compact 394mm width ensures maximum frying capacity is achieved while occupying minimal floor space.
Daily maintenance and operator safety are central to the GF120’s design. It features a 1 ¼” latch lock drain valve for safe, rapid oil disposal and a 232°C high-limit safety cut-off to prevent overheating. The continuous pilot light allows for an immediate start-up of the main burners, while the heat-protective coated handles on the baskets ensure safe handling in fast-paced environments. Please note that an installation certificate from a qualified commercial gas engineer is mandatory for warranty validation.
