The Hamoki GF150-NG commercial fryer is an ultra-high-power natural gas fryer designed for the most demanding commercial environments, such as high-footfall restaurants, large cafes, and central catering hubs. With a massive 37-litre oil capacity and a throughput of 130lbs of chips per hour, this unit is built to manage extreme volume without sacrificing consistency. The five-burner configuration provides a powerful 150,000 BTU/hr (44kW) output, ensuring exceptionally fast recovery times between batches to keep your production line moving during peak service periods.
This freestanding unit is built for long-term durability, featuring a heavy-duty stainless steel tank and frame with a galvanised back and sides. As a dedicated Natural Gas model, it requires a 3/4-inch NPT rear gas connection and must be installed by a registered commercial gas engineer. The tube-fired design includes internal baffles for superior thermal efficiency, while the integrated Robert Shaw valve provides reliable, intuitive temperature control across a range of 93°C to 204°C to suit various menu requirements.
Prioritising operator experience and maintenance efficiency, the GF150-NG includes a large cold zone that traps food particles to prevent carbonisation and oil degradation. Daily cleaning and maintenance are simplified via a 1.25-inch latch lock drain valve for safe, efficient oil removal and wipe-clean stainless steel surfaces. The unit comes complete with a splash guard and two large chrome-plated baskets (311 x 235 x 165 mm) featuring heat-protected handles to ensure safe operation in fast-paced professional kitchens.
