This twin tank countertop electric fryer suits cafes, food trucks and catering setups that need two separate fry tanks without a floor-standing unit. Each 16 litre tank takes up to 11.5 litres of oil, so you can fry two products at once without mixing flavours.
Installation and Connection
The fryer has 2 x 13A plugs and needs two separate standard UK sockets, with no hardwiring. Each 3kW tank runs independently, so you can switch one side off when it is quiet. It is a countertop unit weighing 18kg.
Day-to-Day Use and Cleaning
Each tank has its own high-limit EGO automatic thermostat. Micro-switches in the removable hinged heads and an automatic high-limit thermal cut-out protect the operator. Commercial grade drain taps make oil disposal quicker, and the hinged heads lift out for deep cleaning. The baskets have folding handles for storage and the lids keep oil covered when not in use. The body is stainless steel.

Question from Fabio: Asked on 17/03/2026 What do you clean this with?
Hi, The Hamoki EF162V countertop electric fryer should be cleaned using warm water and a suitable mild detergent, applied with a soft cloth or non-abrasive brush. The unit must be switched off, unplugged, allowed to cool, and fully drained of oil before cleaning; while still slightly warm, the tank may be filled with warm soapy water to help loosen grease deposits. Abrasive materials such as wire wool and caustic or corrosive chemical cleaners must not be used, and the appliance must not be cleaned with water jets or have its electrical components immersed in water.
Thank you.
