The Hamoki S903 is a 3 door refrigerated saladette prep counter with 346 litres of gross storage below and a 4 x 1/1 GN pan well on top. It suits sandwich bars, delis, bakeries and cafes assembling orders at the counter. A polyethylene cutting board in front of the pans gives a dedicated prep ledge.
Installation and Connection
The S903 comes fitted with a 13A plug and draws 330W, so it runs from a standard socket with no hardwiring. It measures 1365mm wide, 700mm deep and 900mm high, and weighs 98kg. Castors let you move it for cleaning. GN pans are sold separately.
Day-to-Day Use and Cleaning
Fan-assisted cooling holds +2°C to +8°C, the unit is rated Climate Class 4 and it uses R290 refrigerant. An adjustable digital controller with external display shows the temperature at a glance, and automatic defrost reduces maintenance. Removable magnetic door gaskets and the wipe-clean stainless steel interior make cleaning quicker. A lift-up stainless steel lid covers the pan well when service ends.
