The Hamoki S903SSTOP is a 3 door commercial refrigerated prep counter with 346 litres of gross capacity and a solid 304 stainless steel top. It suits restaurants, bakeries and delis that want chilled storage under a prep surface, or a base for countertop equipment.
Installation and Connection
The counter is fitted with a 13A plug and draws 330W from a 220-240V 50Hz supply, so it runs from a standard socket. It measures 1365mm wide, 700mm deep and 900mm high, to line up with a 700mm deep kitchen line, and weighs 110kg. Castors are fitted as standard for positioning.
Day-to-Day Use and Cleaning
Fan-assisted cooling and an adjustable digital controller with temperature display hold stock between -2°C and +8°C. Automatic defrost reduces maintenance time. The interior and exterior are 304 stainless steel and wipe clean. Three interior shelves can be set to suit your stock, and the layout is Gastronorm compatible.
