This mobile hot cupboard holds up to 90 plated meals for banquets, hospitality venues and restaurant service. Insulated compartments sit beneath a 2 tier heated gantry, so kitchen and front-of-house staff can move and hold pre-cooked dishes ready to serve.
Installation and Connection
The cart is supplied with three fitted 13A plugs that power independent heating zones of 1.3kW, 1.2kW and 1.2kW at 240V, so plan for three standard sockets where it will be used. It measures H1560 × W1500 × D600mm and weighs 80kg. Four swivel castors, two of them lockable, and an ergonomic handle let you move it between areas and hold it steady during service.
Day-to-Day Use and Cleaning
On/off switches and independent adjustable thermostats control the heat, with separate heating and power indicators. A built-in hi-limit thermostat prevents dry operation. Two sliding doors give access to the cupboard, and the solid stainless steel top works as a staging area and wipes down quickly between services.
