The Steelmore RC-10L is a commercial rice cooker and warmer for restaurants and caterers cooking rice in large batches. It cooks up to 13 Ltr of rice (6 Ltr dry) in under 30 minutes, then switches to keep warm automatically.
Installation and Connection
It is fitted with a 13A plug and runs at 2kW on a 220-240V supply, so it plugs into a standard socket with no hardwiring. It is 40cm high, 48cm wide and 42cm deep and weighs 10kg, so it sits on a standard counter.
Day-to-Day Use and Cleaning
Controls switch from cooking to warming once the cycle is complete, which helps stop rice overcooking. Overheat protection and a lid-locking mechanism are fitted, and stay-cool handles make it safer to move. The heavy-duty non-stick inner pot cleans down quickly after service. A spatula and measuring cup are included.
