5 varying size burners give you the space and flexibility to sauté, simmer and boil all at the same time – with the precision temperature control you get from cooking on gas. Then when you need that blast of intense heat, just reach for the 4KW PowerWok™. Suitable for larger pans like griddles or saute pans, it allows you cook at high speeds for sizzling results.
TrueTemp digital thermostat
Truetemp is the digital thermostat that puts you in control. Where traditional oven dials leave space for temperature fluctuation, this accurate interface clearly displays your chosen temperature and allows you to adjust the heat in increments of five degrees. It’s all to help you achieve perfect results time after time. Also our rapid pre-heat function will automatically engage as soon as you turn on the main oven, reaching the required temperature over 40% faster allowing you to start creating quicker.
