With a generous 620-litre capacity and GN 2/1 compatibility, it is designed to keep home life moving or in this case, a busy commercial kitchen by ensuring bulk frozen stock is perfectly preserved and easily accessible. Technical Reliability & Installation
Built to an exacting standard, this unit features a premium branded digital controller and compressor, operating within a temperature range of -18°C to -22°C. For a hassle-free experience, the freezer is supplied with fitted castors for easy positioning and a 13A plug for straightforward installation without the need for hardwiring. The top-mounted monobloc system allows for quick removal during maintenance, while the 304 stainless steel construction offers superior longevity compared to units with aluminium interiors.
Operation Experience
Everyday use is streamlined through a positive self-sealing door and a lifetime guarantee foldback handle. To ensure a clean and professional workspace, the unit features an automatic defrost function and easy-clean stainless steel surfaces throughout. Operators benefit from the peace of mind provided by the digital display and the counterbalanced frame, which ensures the unit remains stable when heavy doors are opened.
